Few times a year we are gathering in Coastal Maine to spend three days in an intimate circle of like-minded people discovering, connecting, learning and practicing. 

The main purpose of our retreats is to share AgeWise Health Paradigm which incorporates the wisdom of Blue Zones with modern scientific understanding of aging and longevity.
